Apartment moves are won or lost on the details nobody thinks about until moving day: the lift is booked out, the stairwell turns too tightly for a three-seater sofa, and building management wants notice before anything comes through the lobby. What our apartment moving service covers
- Packing and materials. Cartons, bubble wrap, and tape supplied. Kitchens and glassware are packed properly rather than bundled into bin bags.
- Furniture dismantling and reassembly. Beds, wardrobes, and dining tables taken apart to clear doorways and rebuilt in the new flat.
- Stair and lift handling. Wrapped items, protected corners, and crews used to tight landings and service lifts.
- Appliance moving. Fridges, washing machines, and TVs disconnected, padded, and transported upright where required.
- Loading and transport. Closed trucks, secured loads, no items riding loose.
- Unpacking on request. Cartons opened and contents placed where you want them, not left in a pile.
Studio, one-bed, or family flat
A studio is usually a half-day job with a small crew. A two- or three-bedroom apartment normally takes a full day, more if there is a lot of packing or a difficult stairwell. We size the crew and vehicle to the flat rather than sending one fixed team to every job — you are not paying for capacity you do not need.
Before moving day
- Tell us the buildings. Floor, lift availability, and access at both ends. This is the single biggest factor in how long a move takes.
- Check building rules. Many Abu Dhabi towers require a move-in permit or restrict moving to certain hours. Ask management early; we can work to their window.
- Book the service lift. If your building has one, reserve it. If it does not, tell us so we plan for stairs.
- Set aside what you are not taking. Anything for disposal or donation — mention it and we can quote removal alongside the move.

Pricing depends on the size of the flat, how much packing you want, floor and lift access, and distance. We quote per move with the inclusions written down, and we do not add charges on the day for access we already knew about.
